CANCELLATION POLICY
MK Nail Studio – Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask all clients to respect our scheduling policy. By booking an appointment with MK Nail Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Cancellation Fees: 24+ hours before your appointment: No cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours but more than 2 hours before your appointment: 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged. 2 hours or less before your appointment: 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged. No-Show: 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged. NO EXCEPTIONS POLICY Our cancellation policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including personal emergencies, illness, car accidents, transportation issues, schedule conflicts, or unexpected circumstances. We understand that unforeseen situations happen. However, last-minute cancellations leave our nail technicians with reserved time that cannot easily be filled. Payment Authorization By confirming your appointment, you authorize MK Nail Studio to charge your card on file for applicable late cancellation or no-show fees.
